課程簡介

21. 課程主軸/天數：2週
    6種不同課程，涵蓋3門老化相關、2門OT基礎相關、1門專業發展

50. Provide opportunities for clinical observations on 5 different sites (5個臨床單位的拜訪和觀察)
50. Require a total of 53 hours learning in 9 business days, including 32-hour of auditing lectures and 21-hour of clinical observation (共涵蓋9個工作天、53小時的學習內容，其中32小時旁聽專業相關課程，21小時做臨床觀察)
50. The other dates involve 2 weekends, the arriving and departure dates (其他日期則為周末和抵達及離境日)
50. 預算花費：每人約10萬~12萬台幣

• Flight ticket(機票): 30,000 NTD~ (may find tickets less than this)
• Lodging(住宿): 17,139 NTD (560 USD; $35 per night at dormitory)
• Driving (pickup, clinical observations and sightseeing)(接送): 12,640 NTD (413 USD)
• Other cost (meals, daily living cost, sightseeing….etc)(其餘花費): 40,221~60,221 NTD

申請資格：

50. Ranking in class: top 50% of the whole class
50.  English Proficiency Test :具備全民英檢中高級初試或其他語言測驗對等之4年內通過證明。

    註：其他語言測驗對等之通過證明 包含下列任一項：

    -托福紙筆PBT 527分（含）以上，網路iBT 71分，電腦CBT 197分。

    -多益 TOEIC 600 。

    -國際英語能力測試（IELTS）5.5級（含）以上。

    -外語能力測驗FLPT 250分。

    -BULATS 65分。

50.  Priority of Admission :

   符合班級排名 & 語言測驗資格者，優先錄取。

   符合資格者超過4人，高年級者優先錄取 ，錄取順序為：研究生" 大二"大一
